I'M ENGAGED!!!!
married and what not a couple of days ago, but this is for REAL. Today was mine and Paul's official 6 month and unofficial 8 month anniversary, so he told me, "I want to take you to the beach". I thought that that was OOBER romantic. So he drove me down to Laguna Beach (I got to pick the beach) and when we got there it was beautiful- it looked like Hawaii down there.. especially with the sunset. He laid down a blanket on a big rock and pulled out some candles, apple cider, sandwiches, and a big thing of fruit and we watched the sunset. While I was eating I kept asking him what was wrong, because he was acting weird, but he kept saying nothing. When I was done with my sandwich, he asked if I wanted to walk to the water with him and I said sure. When we got there, he kept saying things like, "I've loved you since the moment I met you" and "You're the best thing in my life".. and in between he'd kiss me- I could tell he was nervous or something.. then he said, "I've always known that I've wanted to spend the rest of my life with you.. so" ::gets on one knee:: "Michelle Anne Morgan.. will you marry me?".. I stood there with my hands covering my face.. I couldn't even talk at first.. I just kissed him and said "OF COURSE I WILL!".. it was perfect.. everything about it, was perfect. I'm so happy right now.. I called up kim on my way and told her all about it.. and then we went to his friend Tony's work and told him, then we met up with Stace and Derrick and showed them, and then we came up here and showed Kim and Mike.. and then we came home. I was nervous to tell my mom at first, because I didn't know how she'd react, but when I showed her, she almost started crying and hugged me and said "congratulations!" then she came out and hugged Paul and said, "I don't know why you would ever think I'd be mad at you about it, congratulations!" And now, here I am.. telling all you guys.. I'm so incredibly excited about it all. .there is nothing.. NOTHING that anyone can say or do to ruin my life. I'm now going to be married to a wonderful man, I have some of the best friends anyone can ask for, and such an amazing family, how did I ever get so lucky? GOSH! lol, Well.. I love you all - OH and by the way, Heater.. sorry I didn't call you back.. I was gonna act out a big dramatic story that I'll tell you all about later, but when I read your comment, I just couldn't do that to you.. lol, I love you. <3
